Narai Wellness is a voluntary employee benefit offered by Narai Hospitality Group. Participation is optional and can be stopped at any time by disconnecting your health data and no longer using the app — there is no penalty for not participating.

Coins are earned according to the rules HR configures in the app (visible in your Activity Log) and can be redeemed for the rewards listed in the Marketplace while supplies last. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between employees, and are forfeited if your employment with Narai Hospitality Group ends.

Your data rights: to request a copy of your data, or to have your account and health-data connection deleted, contact HR directly at hr@naraihospitality.com. This platform does not currently offer self-service export or deletion — HR can also disconnect your health-data connection for you from the admin console on request.
