Consent to participate

Narai Activity Club is a voluntaryemployee benefit run by Narai Hospitality Group (the “data controller”). Signing in creates a basic account (name, work email) so you can use the app — this part is necessary to operate the programme, the same as any other internal work tool.

Health data is different and separate.If you later choose to connect a personal Google account, we read only the activity data types you approve (steps, exercise sessions, distance, calories) via the Google Health API. Health data is sensitive personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) — we only ever access it with your separate, explicit consent at the moment you connect it, never as a condition of using the rest of the app.

Data is stored encrypted, used only to calculate your coins and show your own activity history, and is never shared outside the wellness programme. You can disconnect at any time — your past history and coins stay yours; only future syncing stops. You can also request access to, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting HR at hr@naraihospitality.com.
